Due to the handmade nature of our headbands we do not accept refunds or exchange.

 

All discounted products are final sale and can only be return for an exchange or a gift receipt.

 

Items must be unworn, unwashed,free of stains, make up, deodorant or wear.

 

Please note, in all cases, if you do not inform us about your product being defective or incorrect within 7 days from the day you have received the order we will not be able to process a return or an exchange.
